By the time I’m 35
I hope one day be the owner of an/many establishment/s, in Australia, or even around the world. I also hope to be elected as Young Waiter of the Year, and utilizing what i learn from the experience, not only in my career, but my day-to-day life.
My service philosophy
Dining at a restaurant should be an experience, one that customers would want to come back to. This is the philosophy I follow when serving customers. I want them to feel like they are the only ones that matter, that by the end of the night, they are also passionate about the food I’m serving them. That moment, that spark, that ignites their passion, is why I enjoy being a waiter so much.
