By the time I am 35… I expect to have gained great knowledge of the industry. I want to continue to develop my own style of cooking by reading extensively, traveling overseas to work and dine in great, inspirational restaurants.
This industry provides the opportunity to increase your knowledge daily. I want to pass this on and be inspiring to my team through teaching and mentoring.
At the age of 35, after 19 years in the industry, I believe I will have demonstrated many abilities as a chef through difficult and exciting challenges. I believe my dedication and passion will lead me into the path of running a successful, high profile kitchen…
