By the time I’m 35…..I aspire to be a leading chef in a restaurant producing quality food and service, eventually owning a restaurant that is successful and has a reputed following. My ultimate goal is to enjoy life as a chef and to have a team of chefs that are as enthusiastic as I am to produce consistent and exciting food. I would like to win the Lexus Young Chef of the Year Award to have the opportunity to travel further and to adapt to new styles of cuisine giving us the edge over competitors in the industry.
