In September 2010 David opened Thomas Corner eatery in Noosaville after selling his very successful River House Restaurant. Thomas Corner is receiving rave reviews from both customers and leading reviewers who have experience Davids’ eatery. David’s prolific career has taken him from London, where he worked at the Savoy Hotel, Kensington Place and Launston Place, to Sydney where he transformed leading eateries including The Brooklyn, The Edge and and Vault Restaurant.

David has passion for fresh produce, cuisine and dining in general utilising good quality local and Australian produce.
