VEGETABLES
Vegetables are reasonably in good supply considering the cooler weather. Rocket on the other hand is in very low supply due to the cooler weather which has frozen majority of the crop. A lot of the lettuces has been affected from the frost and have been breaking down quite fast.
Best buys this week...
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, spinach, corn and Beans

Avocadoes: Have a lovely creamy taste there are plentiful in supply, quality is excellent and good on price.
Asparagus: Plentiful in supply of white and green quality is good and well priced.
Beans: Are good value. There are plentiful in supply of butter beans, baby, borlotti, sugar snap and snow peas. Quality is excellent.
Celery: Is in good supply and well priced.
Carrots: Baby purple and yellow carrots are in good supply and well priced. Golf ball carrots are scarce at the moment.
Cucumbers: Telegraph cucumbers are in good supply and well priced. Lebanese cucumbers are short and up on price, but will improve in the next couple of weeks.
Capsicums: Are in good supply and prices have eased, supply is plentiful of green, red and yellow.
Mushroom: Plentiful in supply well priced and excellent quality. Ceps and Tasmanian shitaki are exceptional.
Sweet potato: Is up in price and in short supply.
Tomatoes: Quality is improving day by day prices are reasonable and plentiful in supply. Beautiful heirloom tomatoes are available as well as kumato and cherry which are exceptional.

FRUIT
Grapes: Are coming to an end, quality is very average and prices are going up. Unfortunately the
Apples: Plentiful in supply quality is exceptional and well priced.

Limes: Are up in price but quality is excellent. Plentiful in juicing limes which are well priced and juicy.
Strawberries: Are excellent and well priced.
Long watermelon: Is in short supply and quality is average due to growing conditions.
