PROFILE

Jenna Hemsworth started bartending in Melbourne across a multitude of venues, including Cookie, Eau De Vie, Black Pearl, Vue De Monde and Bad Frankie. She decided to move to Sydney in 2017 to continue the growth of her career, setting up shop with the Swillhouse group, based at Hubert and later Baxter Inn. She now oversees the cocktail programs for all of the five Swillhouse venues, and can be found working behind one of the bars on most nights. 

In September 2018 she was crowned Australian Bartender of the Year, and closely followed that up with another national title by being named the Australian Bacardi Legacy champion in February this year.
